All removals should be booked for scheduling purposes. Full services / appointment times cannot be guaranteed if appointments are booked online incorrectly.

INCORRECT BOOKING
Appointments booked incorrectly online will be accommodated to the best that our schedule allows. Please call either salon location to schedule an appointment if you are unsure of what service(s) to select from our menu.
PAYMENT METHODS
To pay for services and/or retail products, we accept: cash, credit/debit cards + Apple pay.
For gratuities, we accept: cash or Venmo ONLY.

NOTE: Payments made in full with cash will receive $2 OFF! We have an ATM in each salon to use for your convenience — ATM Charge: $2 (to be reimbursed when paying with all cash)

ALSO NOTE: As of November 2020, there is a 3.5% convenience fee charged for all card transactions — We appreciate your understanding.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are required only for artificial nail appointments + some aesthetic services. The deposit amount is the full price of the service being booked. The following appointment types continue to require a deposit, which must still be booked via phone or in-person (and cannot be booked online):

You may modify your appointment without charge up until the 2 hours in advance on the same day of your appointment.

Late Cancellation:
If cancelling on the same day of the scheduled appointment, the full deposit made for the service is forfeited.

No-Show:
Full appointments are held for 10 minutes and are subject to a downgrade/reschedule upon any later arrival or a "no-show" if not contacted. Late arrivals (10+ minutes) will be charged for the full price of the intended/scheduled service even if there is not enough time to render them. In the event of no arrival, the full deposit is forfeited.
* Appointments that are booked within the 24 hour period are still subject to our cancellation policy.
* Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours in advance via email, and 24 hours in advance via SMS text to the contact information provided during booking.

In this event, our other clients waiting for appointments may also miss out on receiving services. Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our staff + clients alike.
