ConsiderationsRemovals
For timing purposes, it's important to book removals when needed. Full services can't be guaranteed if the removal isn't booked in advance. Discounted or complimentary removals are available with reapplication services. Groups of 5+ Groups of five or more are considered an "event", and must complete our Event Agreement Form to be booked. This helps us reserve the necessary space to seat everyone together. Services Check out our menu. If you're unsure what to book, it's best to give us a call. Our receptionists are happy to help! Service Durations Timing may vary depending on each technician's pace. |

We only require deposits for select services, which must be paid in full at the time of booking. Easily provide your deposit online or by phone. Required For
Rescheduling If you need to reschedule an appointment with a deposit, the deposit will transfer along with it. Refunds Deposits are fully refundable when cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. |
Payment MethodsPayments We Accept
We accept cash, credit/debit, and Apple Pay. Payments made in all cash receive a $2 discount. Gratuity Cash or Venmo only. ATM For your convenience, there's an ATM at both salons. The ATM fee is $2 — which is reimbursed at checkout for payments made in all cash. Credit Card Convenience Fee A 3.5% convenience fee is applied to all card transactions to help offset the costs of processing them. Cancellation PolicyCancellation Policy – Provided a Deposit
Modify, reschedule, or cancel without charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the full deposit that was provided during booking. Cancellation Policy – Did Not Provide a Deposit Modify, reschedule, or cancel without charge up to 2 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% charge for the scheduled services. How to Cancel Manage an appointment by logging into your client profile. You can also reach out via phone, text, or email. The time stamp of your message will be used to determine the time of notice if you can't reach us right away. Late Arrivals We allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may require rescheduling or downgrading, with the full intended service price charged even if there's no longer enough time to render it. If not contacted, late arrivals are considered no-shows and are subject to the above Cancellation Policy. Appointment CommunicationBooking Confirmation
Once scheduled, you will receive an email and/or text confirmation with your appointment information. Please confirm your appointment by responding to the email and/or text. Appointment Reminders Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours in advance via email, and 24 hours in advance via SMS text to the contact information provided when booking. Text Messages By entering your phone number, you are agreeing to receive text messages from us. Message frequency may vary. Message rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt-out. |
What to ExpectArrive Early
To ensure a full experience, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to find parking and select your colors. Walk-Ins We take walk-ins when we can accommodate them, however, they can't always be guaranteed based on our current schedule. To secure a spot, we highly recommend booking in advance or calling the day of to check on availability. Wash Hands Upon arrival, you'll be asked to wash your hands at our handwashing station prior to browsing colors. |
