The Fine Print

Refunds

Deposits are fully refundable when cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours, our Cancellation Policy applies.

Booking with Deposits

Deposits are only required for select services, and are paid in full at the time of booking. Provide your deposit online or by phone.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an appointment with a deposit, the deposit will transfer along with it.

Note 1

Arrive Early

To ensure a full experience, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to find parking and browse colors.

Note 2

Walk-ins

Walk-ins are always welcome whenever availability allows. To guarantee a spot, we recommend booking ahead or calling same-day to check availability.

Note 3

Wash Hands

Upon arrival, you'll be asked to wash your hands at our handwashing station prior to browsing colors.

Booking Discrepencies

Removals

Please book removals when needed. Without advance booking, we may not have time to complete your service.

 

Removal fees are reduced or waived when paired with a reapplication, based on the service & time required.

Groups of 5+

Groups of 5 or more are considered parties and require an Event Form before booking.

 

This helps us reserve enough space to seat everyone together.

Service Durations

Timing may vary depending on each technician's pace.

Methods

Payments We Accept

We accept cash, credit/debit, and Apple Pay — plus a $2 discount when paying fully in cash.

Gratuities are Venmo & cash only.

Onsite ATM

For your convenience, both salons have an ATM. The $2 ATM fee is reimbursed at checkout when paying fully in cash.

Credit Card Fee

Effective November 2020 — A 3.5% convenience fee applies to card payments to help cover processing costs.

Appointment Communication

Booking Confirmation

Once scheduled, you'll receive an email and/or text confirmation with your appointment information.

Please confirm your appointment by responding to the email and/or text.

Appointment Reminders

Appointment reminders are sent by email 48 hours ahead and by text 24 hours ahead.
